Shipping usually takes between 2-3 business days for ready-stock items. If you order a custom rug, additional time will be required for production, and we will provide an estimated delivery time at the time of ordering.
We accept returns of unused products in their original packaging within 3 days of receipt. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team.
